I’ve been thinking of the what’s and how’s of the relation between the Human psychology and Business.More specifically how it affects/guides the process of the successful transition of a single entrepreneur”s small business, into a distinct “Brand” and the “Factors” that lead to a building-up of the all-important ‘Trust Factor’ which alone can influence potential customers to identify, select and try out, a Business as their ‘Brand’ of choice.
